Due to the nature of shipping containers, all sales are considered final once payment is made and delivery is scheduled.
We do not accept returns based on size, appearance, or buyer’s change of mind.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions only:
The wrong product was delivered (e.g., incorrect size or type of container).
The container arrives with major structural damage that was not disclosed prior to purchase and that impacts usability.
The order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons on our end (e.g., inventory error, delivery unavailability).

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Minor cosmetic issues such as dents, surface rust, or paint fading (common in used containers).
Delivery delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third-party carriers outside of our control.
Inability to accept delivery due to inadequate site preparation, restricted access, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

4. Reporting Issues
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

5. Resolution Process
If your claim is approved, Freight USA, LLC may issue a refund, partial refund, replacement container, or alternative resolution depending on the situation.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

6. Delivery & Site Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site conditions for delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, uneven ground, or site restrictions, the order will not qualify for a refund.
