1. Delivery Area
Freight USA, LLC provides delivery services throughout Florida and may accommodate nearby states upon request.
Additional delivery fees may apply for remote or difficult-to-access areas.

2. Delivery Scheduling
Delivery dates are arranged once full payment has been received.
Customers will be contacted in advance to confirm the delivery date and approximate arrival window.
While we strive to deliver on time, all dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, equipment availability, or other factors outside our control.

3. Delivery Methods
Containers are delivered using tilt-bed trucks or flatbeds depending on container size and site conditions.
The method of delivery will be determined by Freight USA. LLC based on logistics and safety requirements.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure the following before delivery:
Site Access: Clear, unobstructed access for trucks, including adequate turning radius and road weight limits.
Ground Conditions: Level, firm ground capable of supporting heavy equipment. Soft soil, mud, or uneven terrain may prevent delivery.
Placement Area: Enough space for the container and delivery truck to safely maneuver and unload.
Permits/Approvals: Any permits, zoning approvals, or permissions required for container placement must be secured by the customer in advance.

5. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Inadequate site preparation,
Restricted access, or
Incorrect information provided by the customer,
the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees and may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on mileage, container size, and method of transport.
Quotes will be provided at the time of order.
Any additional fees (such as crane services or re-delivery) will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the container at delivery for accuracy and condition.
Any major issues should be reported immediately to the driver and to Freight USA, LLC customer service within 24 hours.

8. Force Majeure
Freight USA, LLC is not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside of our control, including natural disasters, weather, road closures, labor strikes, or accidents.
